Slayer had the honor of closing out the last show and the first successful concert season at the brand new Kettlehouse Amphitheater in Missoula. Check out the show pics!
After taking on both a set from Bohemeth and Lamb Of God, you would think the crowd would be ready for a break, but by the time the curtain for Slayer dropped, it was apparent they were just getting warmed up.
It had only been months since the band was in Missoula. And it was obvious if they were going to come back, we needed a bigger venue. A full crowd headbanging and moshing from the pit to the lawn was proof of that.
Slayer took the stage for over an hour like they have been doing for decades. It was almost surgical how they thrashed through each song, knowing exactly how to control the crowd and what to play. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. Check out the live show pics below!
